OUR MOST VERSATILE SYSTEM! Belt & Hook Style This unique combination of components allows you to trade-in major components (Hopper and/or Sorter) for larger and faster ones in the future. Your unscrambler will grow and expand as does your requirements so you won't have to invest in a whole new unscrambler.  Hopper Bins from 4 cu. ft. up to 100 cu. ft capacity.  Optional Gaylord/Tote Dumper further increases capacity and automation. Compact Layout & Monoblock Filler Feeding

Pre-Sorter, Orienting Mechanism, AND Hopper Bin all built into one compact frame.  Our model P-2-H has footprint of just 43" x 43" and that INCLUDES the bulk hopper/elevator.  Excellent for clinical rooms, clean rooms, and restricted spaces.  Fixed Change Parts are easy to install & cannot be adjusted. click here BROCHURE & LAYOUT         All models are suitable for direct discharge into Monoblock Fillers (conveyor not needed) or into Pucks.   We can also make this style acceptable  in Clean Rooms to class 100 levels.

High-Speed (fixed change-parts) Systems
	Achieves rates over 700 bottles per minute without the use of flexible belting.   Fixed stainless steel change parts allow for long life!   There are no flimsy linkage assembly or high-speed moving parts.  This system offers a slowed and steady pace with constanct control of the bottles.  Unaffected by ramp up and ramp down movements.

Centrifugal Bowls   Two moving parts, the interior disc & the bowl assembly.   Often operates with no compressed air.   Suitable for unstable containers that require puck loading. click here to play video
