Using sir-flow through plastic or stainless tubing we can transport caps, small bottles, syringes, and other components.

You can centralize and remote locate all of your components storage and prefeeding. This will free up space around all your packaging lines and allow for just one attendant to satisfy all packaging line component supply demands.

Gentle enough for tamper evident caps.

Can achieve feed rates over 1,500 parts per minute.

Bin capacities up to 100 cu. ft.

Gaylord/Tote Dumper available as a pre-feeder.

These Components have been transported via air-conveyors.

Tubing Runs have been as high as 24' elevation.

Distances have been over 300' with up to 3 elbows.

Model HP-15. Tubing Run is 18' elevation & 60' distance.

Units have been used for overhead feeding from mezzanines and 2nd floors.

Largest combination install to date used 12 systems to feed caps & bottles to 6 packaging lines. All used our Gaylord/Tote Dumpers and a operator paging system informed the forklift operator as to which unit needed more components.
