This system utilizes the steady and safe movement and control of an electric powered screw-jack. You don’t have to worry about messy hydraulics or compressed air. It is a very clean operating unit. When there is no electricity there is no possibility of movement.
The movement is controlled by a simple level sensor to be mounted in the bulk hopper. Our Dumper features a fully automatic start to stop cycle or you can use the manual override controls. In the Manual Mode an operator must start each cycle after each Gaylord is loaded.
This Gaylord/Tote Dumper is the best system available for unloading operations in a pharmaceutical food and dairy environment.
