HIGH-SPEED MODEL  (Single insertions at over 500/min.)

 Compact design with built-in hopper bin assembly.  This bin is removable for thorough cleaning.

Our top speed has been 800 per minute.  This in-line system never removes your bottles from the conveyor.  We’ve validated at a level of 10000 out of 10000 for Merck.

Change over time for different bottles is about 2 minutes. 

The feeding format is based upon a "first in-first out" process. 

Change parts are available for multiple insertions for up to 3 barrels.

Our simple and effective verification and reject system guarantees desiccants in every bottle.

POUCH DESICCANT FEEDING & INSERTING

     (Loose Bulk & suitable for canisters as well)

 Simple system suitable for all sizes of pouch desiccants. Also suitable for loose canister and tablet desiccants.

Pouches can be inserted in single or multiple configurations including matrix trays and blister packs.

Used for inserting into bottles boxes and bags from overhead. 

Can be mounted on bagging and cartoning machines if required.
