Suitable for many types of components. 
A great alternative to noisy and slow vibratory feeders.
 
Palace centrifugal bowls are precision machined cast nylon that makes them run true.  Our simple disc & bowl drive assembly allows for tooling to enter the interior of the feeder bowl from underneath the center disc.  This gives us some advantage to only being able to enter the centrifugal bowl's interior from overhead.
No belts or chain drives.
 

Orienting Over-Caps at 250/minute.
 
Caps, lids, and spray pumps can be oriented and presented to new or existing assembly equipment.

Lip Balm tubes, either fully assembled & labeled or empty, can be fed at rates exceeding 700 per minute.
Tubes can be presented upright or laying over. 

Scoop Feeding & Inserting
